I recently attended a gallery showing at the HelenBeck 29-535 West 35th Street. It was so beautiful and overwhelming as crowds of beautiful people came out to see three stories and walls bearing spectacular installations of many art forms inspired by graffiti. Myself, being somewhat of a fashion enthusiaist wondered why there was no clothing inspired by graffiti on the walls. So, I’m going to take it in my own hands to introduce some clothing inspired by graffiti.
Street Fashion Inspired by Graffiti:
Matthieu Missiaen is a Toronto based graffiti artist who started his own shoe label called Ndeur. Missiaen uses oil based paints in order to create a street art inspired scenes on pumps, old school high tops, and leather footwear.
